We need the league of people who Know What they are Doing.

KWD & DNY tags:
Everybody who does must attach KWD, "Know What I'm Doing" at the end of their nick.
Should make a spoken rule to differentiate brain dead people from those who don't waste your/their time, noob or not.

Everybody who learns should get DNY, "Don't Know Yet".

So if I make a server with rubberworm and client no tag, kick.
4 clueless imbeciles just answered to my specific question that yes, they have WormsKit and Rubberworm, then all dropped out of sync.
