Nowadays when there are no good eliters almost every person can lose to everyone.
I can see if a player can win vs SKILLFUL player not just by luck/ either hastiness or presumption of the more skillful player. This can be tracked by his tactics and his moves. Dumbness and bng-ness are the main elite companions last time.
