I know I'm not a pro roper, but 0.04 seconds to fire rope again really seems a bit too fast. Did a little research and my fastest time was 0.14. I even remember when in grad school, we would having fun with mates, playing with a stopwatch - the fastest would win. And under 0.10 was considered to be "impossbile" (however, our record was 0.07 +/- 0.01, as I recall).
Long story short: I believe ll uses something.
