In decider, he wasted all his ropes, then he got blocked and enforced lag, which was obviousy like quit (give up). I dont care, if he is gonna spam senator at dsc AGAIN and cry, and senator will in the end  delete report, coz  they have some kind of crazy friendship which I dont understand, but it doesnt matter.   I wouldnt care of this raport, just wasted too many times with that noob.  And Senator, anticipating ur respond,  "it was same chances bla bla bla.." IT WAS NOT. I have a little more  experience that u at intermediate and I know when opponent has no chance, here chances of taner was 15.23%  to draw,  and 5.15%  to win.  Kitos

yes i know these weird decidions well! since taner agreed on a tus game but quit. I FEEL  like it is ur RIGHT to report a win! but those mods nowdays forgot about it (because this means the opponent has to handle tus serious plus cant quit dropt because he must come back to not lose the game, make sense right??)
