Yea, exactly. He can report his win, I dont have a problem with that, but we agreed and I wasted my time playing his pick, so it's not as much about points, but a lesson, that this shouldn't happen in the future.

pretty sure MI has always said you can't report a technical win unless game 1 has been played and reported

I always understood it as if you play your opponents pick and they refuse yours you report a technical win.

If that isn't how it is, it should be because wasting someones time like that is very abusable.
