In worms momentum is cumulative. In hedgewars momentum is conservative.
There is a push feet against ground to gain physically wrong momentum. In worms that doesn't exist.
You can slide long distances because the friction is very low.
You can change aim direction in mid air, you can't do that in worms.
I think that is the reason for 1 shoppa : 20 highlander ratio that you see in hedgewars.
