Since it is the "Season PO", So the top first of the seasonal points are coming first in the PO. (Also mentioned once by Rok)
Being in the top 4 in the overall stats (If you are not in the top seasonal 4 too) makes your position 5-8 in the PO, Which means you don't get to pick the first scheme. (Flori's argument)
Again being in the top 4 in the overall stats, I guess you shouldn't mind giving the "low" skilled player the first pick.

Hmm Flori is right and wrong on both.
Take a look at stats of this season sorted by overall points:

There are 8 people after Flori:
Jackdaniels, Gonzo, pr, Jakka, Godito, NAiL, WookA, Hurenmeister
These are the closest people to Flori in overall stats WHICH have played in this season.
Look at Flori game limitations: (It also shows who he have played with in this season)

None of the 8 players above is in this list. I'm not saying Flori is a noob basher. But for some reason he couldn't managed to play with people who have closer rank to him.
I'm saying it IS possible for Flori to get on the top, If he can play more and more with these people.

I guess you are looking at TUS like a league, I mean "only a league", And these many boards sure are a lot for it.
For example there will be cups in the future and there are people who don't care about league but have their interest in cups. So many people have told me that they like to have leagues topics and community separated from other parts.
Since I'm posting guides in the forums, And the guides are getting more and more each time I add a new part in TUS, They need to be separated. If I put all into one, Then people have to look into lot of guide subjects to find what they are looking for.
You and I are looking at TUS forums in different point of view. But I guess you are right overall. Because you are looking at TUS like "what it is now", But I'm looking at it like "What it will be"
All being said, I'm willing to merge some boards together. But gotta think it through. You're the first to complain about number of the boards.

The mods will pick maps for each week (Or any specified time period) and players upload their best times. The first best 8 (or 10) records will receive points. By time maps get stored and its possible to submit your record any time you want. (But submitting a record for the current week maps will result in more points)
