Snake didn't skip, he just made a mistake (sheep mistake), so I think the game stays.
Teleport can be used with/without bungee.

Edit: Just saw the bungee race game, the first replay is missing, please upload it.

Blocking stairs is strategy. If one side of stairs is blocked, go to other stairs part and then bungee yourself away. Easy huh? :P

Dude, it is not real cup scheme, the cup scheme has only 30 minutes round without teleport. The teleport has been removed because it would make the match more competitive.
Also, there is no Bungee Shopper or Bungee Blast game. ;o
