« on: November 03, 2008, 03:19 PM »i think its a cool idea, i know alot of people that like either just rope or just default, personally id probably just end up doing the pro league all the time tho because i like to mix it up, im not sure how active it would be, i dont think its been done before
i dont think this is like the rotated league, rotated is a single scheme that changes after every season

Yea,i agree about rotated league.
Dabble is a default scheme created by Lex afair.You can download it here.

It's just an old idea.If you and me play at default league we must pick one of these scheme(you can't pick any rope scheme,thats why its called default ladder).
People knows it's default ladder,so if he don't like playing default schemes then he wont join this league,he can join pro league.For an example;i don't like rope schemes a lot,so this league will be cool for defaulters,also NNN'ers closed their league for some issues.
I think you don't understand the ladder system or i didn't explain clearly,there will be at least 3 leagues(you can code more if you want).People will ask to other people "default ladder anyone?" at #Ag.Or "rope ladder ne1?".Or pro ladder.So if people don't want to play only default schemes they join to pro ladder and they can play all kind of schemes.Thats all.
Dunno about people,there is a lot of idea about league system,you can make a poll about that.

Good ideas here.I think ladder system should be better if you guys going to create more than two leagues.Actually,God2k was going for this 2 years ago but he didn't find some coders to do that.
For an example:Default Ladder,include default schemes;Elite,Intermediate,Team17,BnG,Dabble,Hysteria,etc...
Rope Ladder,include rope schemes;Roper,Rope Race,Variation of Shoppers,Wascar,Bungee Race(xD),etc...
Pro Ladder,This is mix of Default and Rope Ladders.
You can also add Fun Ladder,There is many funny schemes for this like BnA,Boom Race,Battle Race,Mole Shopper,Golf,Wfw,Plopwar,Jetpack Race,etc...
But some schemes should be arranged to play fair in the league,like Hysteria,Dabble,Intermediate(NNN Luckless would be cool),etc...
