What? In any cup you have to use the provided scheme, that's the whole idea.
What about people who haven't possibility to host games? Mods on WO accept HB games with schemes which is not conforming the attached. Here too. Glad to discover world for you.

Don't be an offended child, Adnan. What's the problem? There isn't any mention in description about turntime or obligation of using that scheme with 30 sec. Attached scheme here is rather for some convenience but not for pedantry. As a fair person I can give you an opportunity to win using scheme with 30 sec. You decide.
