I agree that is a kind of breaking rules.
Without being biased, I think Unique should get a blame (don't know which one).
But the things which shock me, is WHY you want him to get punished; I mean this:

He didn't want to take his real nick, cause he had to leave CF, join b2p and join CF again (if they would be back in clanning).
And in this case, it would be, join b2p with other nick, and take back Unique if CF is back.
It's easier, and like that, he's still in CF.

First of all, Unique tryed to make an account on the site, but he put a wrong e-mail, so he couldn't register in.
Second, Unique is registered in b2p on the website, and CF doesn't clanner anymore atm.
So there is no problem.
To finish, he wears 2 tags, true; but there is a difference between those 2:
- CF is worn as a Community (such as b2b).
- b2p as a clan.
