many do not participate in the WO because that summer holiday period. and many tours, and no different schemes.
I suggest:
1 WO once a year during winter. At the beginning of the year (after the New Year), 3-3,5 months. Tournament scheme - one winner, respectively - Olympic champion scheme.
2 The system of scoring to leave the current. Make 2 division - classic and Free
3 tournaments are held on Fridays and Saturdays - in prime time 15-21 GMT
4 Make 1 tournament each scheme 1v1 and one tournament 2x2. Some schemes dont play 2x2.
5 Tournaments are held on Saturdays and Fridays or Sundays.
6 Use only randombot. If mod wons he gets 100% points for a medal
7 Schedule of schemes to make immediately and announce it in advance, about 2 weeks for start. Global MODs pick a MOD of tourney and say it in WO site.
