You need to have full-screen checked under "adjust desktop size and position".

No idea if this helps with the white cursor but it will at least make minimizing faster. Set "focus assist" off and also "when im playing game" off.
Also, make sure you have "perform scaling on" as GPU and "override the scaling mode set by games and programs" checked under "adjust desktop size and position" in nvidia settings.
Have you tried with wkSuperFrontend enabled?
