What did you do in the 2nd game Berria? Did you right click while walking? It looked like it slowed you down rather than walking fast ;P

It would be interesting to see Ryan vs Statik in league.. I think perhaps Ryan earned back the throne with this seasons performances during TRL?

I joined AG to play a clanner with avirex, for dt, while still being in TdC on TUS and without letting any of my clanmates know about me leaving. I'm opening this thread too late, and on the wrong subforum. I've wanted a change in my situation on worms for a long period now, and I had been considering leaving TdC for the past six months or so. Leaving TdC is not easy though, it's a really tough decision to make. What might seem to be something I decided to over the night, is far from the truth. I have hesitated to take the step on opening the thread, and I have hesitated to talk about it with fada. I could have contacted him and let him know about my thoughts, but I didnt do it. My hesitation and my own stupidity has given me a bitter end in the clan, and a very disrespectful behaviour from my side. I'm really, really sorry
I don't know what to say Fada. I love TdC with all my heart, I always have and I always will. I hope you can believe me when I say that

I was in wwPd as well with Senator, i think the clan is older then ten years.. DJKris was our leader, we had Prodigy, AIF, Brux, RopeR and some more members. We had a tough time playing against clans like dwi, mash, hos, eq, susuii, iwc, ckc, top, we lost all games that we played. Literally, all games
But yea, nice to see him back again, he's a really nice guy like you said avi

General discussion / Team17 forums closing
June 08, 2013, 09:10 AM
I don't know if you've heard, but as of the 12th of june, Team17 forums will be closed. You can read about it here: http://forum.team17.com/showthread.php?t=66377
That's quite sad actually. I haven't been using them that frequently like others, but the T17 forums have always been there since the start and never been removed like every other forum. They have standed out as a solid plattform where you can discuss and get help in this game. Team17 are going to focus on Facebook and Twitter. They're giving up the forums for FB and Twitter!
The only thing I won't miss are some of the guys over there who were all smartass and trying to smartass eachother out in every thread they had the chance too. It ruined alot of topics over there. At the same time, not every topic here is that clean either

General discussion / Who did you play with X-years ago at current date?
June 04, 2013, 02:11 PM
The idea is to share some of your games which you played on the very date of today back in time. The years range from when replays were recorded (2004), and til last year. It doesn't matter if it's from 2005 or 2012. I hope this can create an interesting, active and on-going thread where people share some cool replays of both their great and horrible games. It also opens up the opportunity to compare players with their performance from different years. How did Barman BnG in 2007 compared to 2013? Some dates will contain playoff-finals, tournaments, challenges and what not in respective leagues, while other dates will have regular league games and funners.
At today's date, the 4th of June, I played a total amount of 13 games in 2004. I haven't recorded any replays from other years at this date. This day nine years ago had the event of a regular 30sec RR tournament hosted in #RH by Dextah.

TUS Discussion / :(
April 01, 2013, 12:14 AM
I'm sure some of you heard the rumours already, and I'm here to confirm them once and for all: Yes, TUS site is closing. The domain is closing by the end of this week. I for one must say that I'm very saddened over all this. Not only by how and why it happened, but because this was the best league we've ever had. MI put up with the trashtalk for a long time, and I don't blame him for setting a line once and for all.
It's been five great years, and I particulary want to thank Darkone, MI and franz for their hard work. I also want to thank the community for the great time, it's been a long and fun journey! I don't know what the future brings, for me personally I think it is time to move on now. I hope WA and the community still have a bright future ahead.

Off Topic / Crazy's bettingcorner: 10K euros in one year
March 09, 2013, 10:04 AM
Hey guys!
The Norwegian season in soccer is about to kick off within a few weeks time, and some matches are already being played in the lower divisions. Many people believe that beating the bookmaker and making a profit on gambling is impossible. I want to show you throughout 2013 that this is utterly bullshit. Beating the bookmaker is possible when you play at odds which is incorrectly set and gives you value over time. I will even show you how you can make a profit of approximately 10 000 euros. So first of all, how do you find odds that is incorrectly set?
My friend is very interested in soccer, and especially Norwegian soccer. He knows everything there is to know about all the teams in the 2nd, 3rd and even 4th division in Norway. He has a wide network of contacts, and they provide him with information about injuries, suspensions, form and so on. He's also very familiar with the different types of venues. So, we bet on matches where WE have better knowledge then the bookmaker. This is lower league Norwegian games, and it is difficult for the oddssetters to get the information about changes in the team before we get it.
I had a bankrollmanagement project running throughout last season on our predictions. I wanted to check which type of management that was the most profitable, and risk of ruin equal to zero. I landed on the type "flat bet" in the end, where I bet 4% of the bankroll on each bet every time. Other type of strategies that were tested was Kelly, half kelly, 1/4 kelly and 1-10 units.
So, the bankroll I started with in this BRM-project was 10 000 NOK (Norwegian Kroner), which is about 1350 euros/1750 dollars. The goal for this year is to increase the roll in the range of ca 9400 euros/12300 dollars. To do so, it is highly important that this bankroll is not being withdrawn from. It is also important to have an account at Moneybookers or Neteller in order to transfer money quickly and safely from one bookmaker to another. You must also have accounts on Nordicbet, Betsafe, Unibet and Bet365. The first prediction I'm posting is a bet offered at Betsafe only.
Here is the first prediction:
Sport: Soccer
League: Norwegian Cupqualifiers
Match: Skotfoss-Herkules
Bet: Over 4.5 goals
Odds: 2.02
Bookmaker: Betsafe
Stake: 4%
Stake of bankroll: 54 euros/70 dollars
Date/time: 17.03.13 13.00
Home team Skotfoss played over 4.5 in 24 out of 26 matches last season. Herkules played over 4.5 in 14 out of 26 matches. Being offered this odds is a big surprise considering Skotfoss very weak defense. These two teams played in the same division last year, but Skotfoss relegated with clear margin and is now in the 4th division in Norway. The meetings last season ended 5-0 and 7-0 to Herkules. Herkules is not as strong as they were last season as they've lost a few players, but they're still far better then homeside. This is the first match of the season for both teams, we should expect lots of goals and 2.02 is well payed. I give this bet a 60% chance to win, and odds shouldn't be any higher then 1.7 here. I expect this odds to drop quick today and advice to play it as early as possible.

March 02, 2013, 08:07 PM
TdC is searching for new members to the clan. We want to keep being active in TUS and to enjoy clanners with old and newborn clans. Read the tryout description if you want to join us! I'd like to add these qualifications that you must meet if you want to join:
- You must be polite. This means no insulting and unnecessary swearing or bullying of others.
- You must have respect to other members (including newbies).
- We want continuity in TdC and loyalty to the clan is an important value for us.
- You can not be italian
TdC is currently existing of 27 members, but only 3 are active in league. We are open to let in 3-4 new members.
