If you don't count group 1 (which is filled with notorious cup delayers), this cup isn't all that inactive

If 100 games had been the minimum, then 5 clans would've been eligible for the playoffs in season 13.

edit: if you also include the 60% winning ratio, then 2 of those clans would no longer be eligible (including TdC, but we both know they deserved their playoff spot)

Did you mean winning percentage as a key requirement or as the main reason for qualifying at all?
I personally feel winning percentage shouldn't count for the reason mentioned in the other thread, but my opinion could of course be wrong entirely

As for the minimum amount of games required: I don't know. What would you feel is a reasonable number?

And keep in mind: of the 20 clans that played in season 13, only 8 played more than 60 games.

I think your next scheme(s) should bring something new to the table.
This is basically an intermediate scheme with some tweaking. Most new scheme ideas don't work out, but some schemes actually survive.

Hysteria is a good example; the thing that made hysteria special was that instead of being able to move around and such, the turn time was reduced to 1 second which made for completely new gameplay.
Walk for weapons (though less successful) is also a good example; the thing that made WFW special was that you couldn't do every shot in every possible place you wanted; you had to move around constantly (at least, if the map didn't allow what I like to call forting)

33440: When there was a lagout, kO had 22+142 = 164 HP left
RS had 197+96+113+147 = 553 HP left

RS lost only 3 turns that game, all of them right at the start. I think it's pretty clear who was going to win, especially considering there weren't many mines/barrels left that could shift the balance.

33443: This game should be played. Arrange a time for this T17. Please no complaining; you both said the other clan wouldn't turn up, so it's possible it was just a misunderstanding/somebody appaearing/whatever.

3) I recall I was trying to get your clan to finally play one of your games and it took well over a month to get it done.
4) Rating is determined by your performance. It is not determined merely by your wins, it is determined by who you are playing when winning/losing. First you complain that they don't play enough, then you complain that they only play against "noobs". Well, I'll let you in on a little secret: if you only play the lowly rated clans, you'll need a huge activity to be able to gain points out of it.
Either they are active enough or they're not avoiding the strong clans.

Anyway, reason 1 was enough for me to post.

Lagout occurred when blue had a huge headstart, so the win for RS stands.
