Especially Dulek vs Chicken23 needs to be settled, but Crazy and Uber could have played their games almost 3 weeks ago I suppose the upper half is making them less eager to get the games played

Yeah, didn't write anything about that in the rules, so I checked TUS rules for anything said on the subject. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything!

Winning because of a cow can really only have 2 possible outcomes:

• game is void
• game is lost by the rule breaker

It certainly is not won by the person winning because of the rule break and you should know that, crash

The majority of schemes I checked make the game void if the game is won because of a rule break, so I'm going to void this round.

Also 12 seconds per turn, but the maps on W2 are smaller than on WA (even before bigger maps were possible)
