Thouson, set a deadline for the finals.

I've sent ZiPpO and Phanton numerous PMs about getting the finals done and I have only gotten responses from ZiPpO.

At some point, this cup has to finish. I suggest setting a deadline and if Phanton doesn't show any effort in the forums, then ZiPpO wins.
