I'm guessing Vassal555 is out and Sabre, Dmitry and MyxaH are playing for the knockout phase (where MyxaH starts with beating Sabre)

It's difficult to compare leagues, since new leagues have more to build on.
W:ACL was made during ranks and therefore didn't need a singles league.
cl2k started when the worms community was still growing and therefore could function well with a 40 games limit
WL (should've been included in the poll) was the first to implement official tournaments (at least, I think cl2k didn't host any tourneys themselves)
FB innovated in that it was the first league to have ratings implemented, eliminating the need for a game limit. It was also the first league to make use of replays in the system. They were also kind enough to keep one saturday free of tourneys for RRkit even though they wanted weekly tourneys
TUS took the FB concept (or MI thought of the concept himself without that example, I don't really know!) and implemented challenges and cups into the system.

All in their own way added new elements to the game and all were/are successful, but the later ones have the benefit of not having to reinvent the wheel. If you're looking at what the features of the league are, TUS wins out. If you're looking at what new things the leagues have accomplished, they have equal success imo

Can we close this complaint as far as you're concerned, NAiL? You guys seem to have reached an agreement

You already pointed out the announcement yourself. Although I do agree (or I wouldn't have posted that announcement), we should be careful not to be handing out warnings too lightly. As MI already pointed out, language is a problem as well with Banca.
I also can't find anything in the chat other than the things MI already pointed out, but it seems to me he can't handle losses very well since you were beating him pretty badly. I personally wouldn't go so far as giving him an official warning for this, though we should clearly try to avoid this escalating.

I actually did post something along that line in another thread, but Dub-c pointed out people should be able to post meaningful arguments and I can't say I disagree with that. crash's post is harmless (mostly because it doesn't seem to make a point or really say anything useful at all), so again, I see no reason to interfere there.

Most of his chat in that particular game was about how badly he was doing, Abnaxus (calling himself noob and all that)

Neither replays mentions anything about lagging out (they're attached now)
Next time, please let the game lag out, so we can actually see that it happens.

I still have the replays backed up if other mods want to see them, but here's the breakdown: Camperz was leading by far, but then quit while it was WW's turn.

Also, WormWarrior, TUS has no limits on games you play, so there's no place for DoN. In fact, there's a rule against it:

The problem with events such as these is that most activity is at the start. Usually, after a few weeks, the next couple of days will not make any difference at all in getting the games played.
