Considering the inactivity around WO and holidays and therefor slow cups, the 10 public cups rule is softened.
When deadlines return, so will the 10 public cups rule (which means it'll take a while before new cups start).

Try to get your cups games done!

For the same reason there's only one set of rules to each and every sport.
You can't seriously expect a scheme to be added to the league as a standard only 2 weeks after suggesting using it. Hysteria was added after it became popular for quite some time (at least a year)

Instead of blaming this on each other, you guys could've arranged the game and things would've been happening by now

But why don't you host a2b tourneys as part of the WO? Makes your tourney have more participants as well

We know that some moderators aren't very good, but we can't really exclude people from hosting tourneys cause we haven't heard their name. Several people I've never heard of have pleasantly surprised me by being very capable of hosting tournaments

I also only play a handful of schemes and that's exactly why I like it! Where else do you find sheeprace tournaments, bungeerace tournaments etcetera? (And Style BnG! Remember that?)

You have to click on "Browse..." in the right bottom corner and then find WA.exe
Make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is still tagged when you select WA.exe
