Is it me or is this drama over nothing?

Neither of you is claiming a win here, so what's the problem?
Take a deep breath, count to 10, take some tranquilizer if needed and then replay the game.

How does that sound?
#4982
Already PMed them :)
#4983
No problem :) We'll see your report tonight then.

Notice how nothing happened for 11 days while you were trying to catch eachother on msn/snooper
Notice how the game got played within a day when you guys arranged your game :) Without the hassle of waiting in AG for your opponent to arrive, no less!

Tell your friends!

I can find no flaw in your argumentation, NC

Is 15.30 GMT a comfortable time for you?

hooray! :) Now that wasn't so hard, was it? :-*
#4986
Well done indeed :)
I'm not sure if it's possible to program that into the cup, considering sometimes playoffs are needed within a group (which means that some people will have had more games played than others; you wouldn't want the system to think you've got 2 unfinished games while you weren't in one of those playoffs, would you?)

I left IRC in AG for 2 hours just now. Both of you signed in a couple of times and were only there for a couple of minutes.

In other words, you're both signing on in AG, but neither of you is trying to get the games played.
So how about you actually do what I suggested and arrange your game, so that you don't have to be online for a couple of hours in wait of your opponent (which both of you clearly won't do)?
"I'll be online monday-friday from 14:00-20:00 PM GMT" is NOT arranging a game, it's letting your opponent arrange it.

So how about this?

The time is now 21:29 GMT (or 9:29 PM GMT)

Your game will be played thursday at 19:00 GMT (or 7PM GMT).

If you can't make it at that particular time, then arrange another time.
Please don't make me ask again. I simply can't understand why it's so difficult for you guys to do this really really REALLY simple thing.

All cups have their seperate stats, so you can easily check
If playoffs were needed for the group phases, then those playoff games were added as well.

Unfinished rounds have not yet been processed, since it'll complicate keeping track.

Some cups also took much longer to be completed than others and I didn't feel the need to include that.

I'm uploading this here so that future cup moderators can use this to remove people from cups who have a history of non-activity. I'm a firm believer in second chances, but if there's been little activity from your part in previous cups, then chances are high the same is true for future cups. Please note that someone who has played 75% of his/her games is still more active in cups than the average player.

I've updated the excel file to a newer version of excel because the older version was starting to run out of space on the sides :)[/list]

Then now would be the time to arrange a time and day to get your games played.

Just in case you missed it :)

man.today i would play him,but he came online when i already was asking with a mate for a clanner.and ye,we found it fast xD

Cups have a deadline and have to be played with specific people. Clan league has a less strict deadline and can be played with anyone.
I propose you give cups a higher priority next time you have to choose.

I am around, actually was here since sunday, as i already said in my previous post. It's just i am not around when John is (after 17 GMT) and he is not around when i am (usually before 18 GMT) :P

Then now would be the time to arrange a time and day to get your games played.

MI, could we have a little red text popping up every time someone visits a cup page? :) "If you're playing in one of these cups and can't find your opponent, arrange a day and time to get it played!"
