I think it should be time based rather then turn based.

I see Elite/BnG/Roper all sharing the same level of importance, and being all as "classic" as each other.

I don't think it's a bad idea or anything, I just feel we have enough here at the moment, I honestly think this league is at it's optimal level right now.

Roper Circa 1996. More classic. I don't see how a roper league could do anything but ADD more activity to tus. You have no proof that this league is at its optimal level and its an ignorant comment to make for a reason not to have a roper league.

If you don't think its a bad idea then please leave it at that and don't speculate whether this league is at its optimal level or not.

I see your point and I feel Roper differentiates itself from every other scheme by it being the most classic scheme and that makes it more deserving then those other schemes. But whether those other schemes should have their own league is another debate. Lets talk about a roper league.

Ya but I really like tus, tus' setup and everything about the tus leagues. The convenience of everyone already signed up here would be a huge plus for activity.

Popularity of a scheme going by activity level in tus is also skewed. People pick for points as well as their favorite scheme. Almost 6000 picks is still amazing though and correlates well with reasoning that there should be a roper league.

i think roper league would be plenty active... i also think i would be rank 1...

i also think that if its the work going into making this roping league that monkeyisland is worried about that, then we should make it on another server... which would suck, because it would split the community a bit (not as much as you would think though, as shyguy pointed out)

its more then obvious ROPER, and ELITE are the main schemes of W:A... so why should elite have a seperate league and not roper??

Yes having the league on a separate place would really suck. Being number 1 on tus roper league would mean more then number 1 on some place no one knows about. I have no idea how hard it would be hopefully Monkey can fill us in on the difficulties. Monkey please dont make me have to www.igl.net.

I have a lot of respect for you and your clan that your not going to complain over there not being SD. From now on I will definitely say before the game starts there will be no SD
