In 1v1 if it is required to check replays after for milliseconds its close enough to be considered a draw in my opinion.

If you can't tell in game who won the game, without going to replays, then the scheme is retarded.

I love how mablak assumed they really won if counting milliseconds even though he didn't have a clue and was wrong.

I love this predictions game! Would be better if we all had an amount of fake money at the start and odds to bet.
