What does it do? And is it free?

I just want to know if there's any suggestions on an Anti-virus protectcion program that I can download and also free or not free anti virus cleaning program that i can download? Because my computer have been very slow latly and i think it is because I have soo many infected/virus in my computer. So I just want to know that if there is any good ant-virus protection I can use to protect my computer for any viruses? So far I have Microsoft Security Essentials, and I'm not really good with computer and all, but I just want to know if there's any thing better then Mircrosoft Security Essentials and anything else that can make my computer more faster.. Iguess..

@ CJ, I'm famous for changing clan/making new clans every week. xD If you don't believe me, you can ask everybody in Wormnet. I'm sure they know who I am already since I've been around Wormnet for an while now.

And by the way... I was only talking with some friends until he (SkaterxACx) came back from a game or even when he login and if he sees me, he would try to insult me. I don't normally interact with him much because normally I just hang around Wormnet chatting with friends until Skater come online and starting to insult me with the stuff he said.

I don't take his insult seriously, but I just don't understand why I'm the only person who he likes to insult. And plus, in the wormnet, he said "Any "friend" of Ghost is obviously a dumbf (word) or a douchebag" But still I am willing to ignore him or just not even talk to him. But even I am talking to a friend or so... he'll be like "GTFO wormnet" or something like that.

I utorrent WA and everything. o=
