Is there a good painting program i can use (BESIDES THE PAINT TOOL) that i can use to make a flag, grave, banner, etc...? D:

Whenever I press start game, my loading bar thing goes very slow and it takes around 2 min 30 sec to finish loading and once it finish loading everybody quited because of the long wait.. Is there anything that i can download i can get my loading bar to load faster?
