It's a nice idea, since new players wouldn't win vs (for except) beer / pr / ray (at least they can, of course, but normally beer / pr / ray has more chance to win), and they will say : "Oh, there is a reset button, how good this league, let's play more"

But in my opinion : new players maybe want to play on TUS WN, however he needs a TUS account. He will ask on AG about what is TUS, and will see the page, will register if he likes, and he can play on TUS WN leagues cups etc... (Absolutely optimism xDDD)
