May I suggest to allow a maximum of 8 teams. If you go for 16, you need 32 people, which you will not get. If you go for 12 teams then you have 3-team groups, which is gay.

MonkeyIsland already did implement a feature, where the moderator can decide, whether to allow people with lower than a certain played games percentage to sign up, but I decided not to use it.

Furthermore MI is already busy enough satisfying my whims, like creating a double elimination bracket and keep an eye on the rest of TUS. Maybe he should put in charge more cup moderators, since DarkOne looks more like DeadOne lately.

Besides I believe every moderator can decide by himslef which player to "ban" (to let him not join a cup). That's why I keep a blacklist, but there are always new inactive people.

Kayz, I pointed out on several occasions, that if such situation occurs in which one party is avoiding or is unable to manage to find time, you need to come here at the end and claim the right of getting a walk over win. And in this case I think I'd grant it. That's why I'd say it was a self-inflicted punishment by you.

You got to understand, that I have to keep an eye on 31 other doods, that's why you should've mentioned it again at the end even if you feel like repeating yourself.

There's nothing the new CWT rule could've changed in this case. Besides since it's double elimination you still might have to play both of them.
