I think your rule about activity is good, but how you use it on people who are active, but still have not all 3 games is very questionable.

I tried several times to play vs Almog, but he didn't show up at the arranged date and didn't reply to further messages. So I get punished and get rank 2 in the group, though I did everything possible to arrange a game vs this guy and won the other two games?

At least I am still in the playoff, still weird.
