I'd cut off groups C, I, K and P, and had 24-12-6 and 3 finalists...
I and P players have no games at all, C and K players have only 1 game played, everyone else that goes further have at least 2 games played, it's fair...

Since I've started those polls and things, I have to tell you that I wont be here next few days much... My PC is down again (some hardware problems)... 
So, MI you will have to sort things and start Cups and end polls or whatever...

I think it should work on intermediate and for some more schemes, but I guess it can't be general rule for Cups, cause u can't use it in Mine Madness or smth... 

So if u MOD this, I think it's in ur rights to do it as u wanna...
