I have an idea to make the rating system here a little better:

One possibility is to forget about resetting stats for each scheme at the end of the seasons.

If we don't do that, then we should make a bigger whole between players with good and bad rating. I mean, the amount of points given to a better rated player should be less for the worse rated player (I hope you understand).

Personally, I prefer the first one.

You could, but there might be some people who need more than a week. I don't agree with a month for 6 games neither, maybe two weeks would be the perfect.
