Hey chuvash, I'm available Friday through Sunday, I'd prefer a time in the afternoon, preferably so that we finish until 5-6 GMT because I'm most likely to go out to some parties, concerts on the weekend, but that's most likely tomorrow, not Saturday or Sunday. Sooo, any suggestions?

It's pretty bad that you would think the schedule is fixed Crazy. It's a script that randomly generates the pairings, nothing more, nothing less. Adding a feature that would create fixed matchdays or manually fixing pairings would be so much effort it would actually take days. I can't believe that you would even consider that someone like Random, who's been always known of his outstanding sportsmanship and respect towards everyone, would cheat in such a way. Besides, I don't think that between the 18 players that are in this championship, any schedule would be favourable for anyone.

I was trying to work out an algorithm myself too by the way, but it failed for some sort of weird programming reason that I still don't recall having found.

I hate it that some schemes that have been around a lot longer than most people talking in this thread or most people making up these changes, and the people who originally came up with these schemes and fine-tuned them, are now not respected at all to just f@#!ing leave them alone on the one single argument that "you don't like them, because of this or that".

This shows a huge lack of respect towards anyone who started playing before you, towards the game and the game's culture, which is apparently slowly being killed (Team17 Forums shut down, etc.).

Who cares? Although, for the record, that's a big ass job you did there barman, my hats are off, that is a level of commitment that makes you deserve your place on the ladders. I was experimenting with something similar, I was trying to work out a formula based on the full power shots about the winds, so if the distance is around 1.3 then what angle would that be with a 1 power wind, etc. Kind of came close, but nothing exact like you did, huge respect for that!
