Here is my opinion:
The one who played with the name Chelsea was constantly saying insults (or maybe these are insults for only me, never mind then) and for me it is clear that he pointed out countless times that he is Chelsea, his clan is PoD... Why would anyone act like this? It is in one's nickname...
In my opinion, it looks like it was somebody else and that someone looked like he was trying to ruin Chelsea. He was also deliberately roping bad I think.
Chelsea is not a great league addict as far as I know him, he wouldn't ask for a league game if he was not registered.

DT: right click a replay, Export Log.
You get a log file where you have the exact times of the things happened.
Then replay right click, Export Video, there you insert the times you want to have a movie of.
The first number is like if it is 1, then every first frame is captured, 2 = every second frame is captured... 1 = 100fps, 2 = 50fps, 4 = 25fps...
Resolution cannot be different than those your WA support while playing.

After it is done, the frames are collected in User/Capture folder. You need an application to put the frames together.

As it can be clearly seen: there are some parts of the league which are a bit overshadowed, mostly because of their disinterest. Namely:

Country Games
Free League

My ideas:

The country stats should be kept and shown as an average of all players from one country who played in the league.

Free league was originally created to play rare schemes as TUS games. But soon the tourney section will be ready and those tourneys will provide chances to play rare schemes. So I think Free League should be deleted.

My advice is to make the differences between ranks different. So, for instance, you would need to earn 60 points in order to get from Rank 1 to Rank 2, but you would need 70 more points to get from Rank 2 to Rank 3.
The way it is now, people can easily reach the greatest rank and then it might get boring for that player or the league loses the challenge for him/her.
If differences between Ranks would differ, noob bashing would be thrown into the shade (hopefully) but noob bashers could not get to really high ranks.

Well, in fact, it is enough. If you download movies, musics, games, programs... then it is enough.
