I have set a deadline of 3 weeks for this. You may reduce your games to Best Of 1 even, I don't mind as long as you play your games. Please send private messages to your opponents, add them on messengers, whatever it takes to get the games done as soon as possible.

Games are Best Of 1, finals are Best Of 3, I accidentally wrote 3 and 5, so maybe it lasts until 22:00 (in our timezone of course). Could go for it.
