Rematch the game. Set starting HP to 25 and give him 1 worm and 3 worms for you with + handicap.
If that doesn't work try setting higher HP, I any case you need to deal 25 damage only. It really should be easy to rematch this correctly, don't you think.

But play the rematch ONLY if he plays your elite pick, otherwise you keep this report. Tell him it's "tus rules".

If HPs were about same, he had no reason to quit, he probably lost connection, even so that doesn't mean the other guy can simply report the game - it has to be rematched.

You should make one thing clear: Are people allowed to vote for themselves/their clans?

The grave accent sign on the o in the filename is the problem - just rename the file.
