When the game dropped it was 254, 96 vs 59, 58 (according to Guaton). That's +233 for Tag.
Set + to Guaton and - to everyone else and it is 250, 150 vs 150, 150. That's +100 for Tag, which means they lost 133 of advantage by lagging out.
If you can figure out a way to make closer to original HPs, I'd be fine with that. But you got no reason to say it's unfair to you, mm. It's not a brand new game, it's continuing the game that dropped.

Recreate the health points as accurately as you can by clicking - and +, ok? That's fair.
Network drops happen. It's not your fault, but it wasn't neccesarily their fault either.

What are you waiting for? Set the handicaps so they match HP at the time of drop as closely as possible, without giving TaG more advantage than they really had. You needed to be told to rematch fairly, fine, but you're supposed to be grown-ups and you can figure at least that part by yourselves.
