EAC 2014 - Meeting-Point

Please use this thread to find a date where both, you and your opponent, are available to play your weekly match.

Below are general rules for this tourney and I really recommend reading them at least once before the tourney. There are no new rules so last years are still latest.
The rules can be also found at the EAC 2014 rules page.

games / rounds

You have to play against each opponent a best-of-5 series; one opponent per week.
You have to play all your games in the channel #PartyTime.
The host has to set up the cup mode (best-of-five) in the scheme.
If both players want to host, make a rehost after 2 games, and so on.
Standard Elite-Scheme must be used in every game.
Only "Island Maps" are allowed to play.
No maps from map-packs allowed, only new maps made then and there with the editor.
Using any cheats or glitches are forbidden. Also "fastwalking" isen't allowed.
About knocking with rope/bungee: #pt: allowed! #ag: not allowed! Play your games at #pt.
You are not allowed to change your team weapon during a match! For further matches you may switch if you want.
It is not allowed to play manipulative in any way, especially it is forbidden to lose rounds on purpose because of the predcition game.

reporting, ranking & complaints

EAC 2014 Homepage
Winner Report. Just click on "Report" and fill out the table. All replays must be uploaded in the right order.
You will find current standings and all replays and the prediction game there too.
For all complaints please use THIS thread or send a PM to BOTH moderators.

judges

The Judges are Random00 and SPW.

deadline / challenges

You will have one opponent per week to play a best-of-five challenge.
Deadline for each round will be every Sunday, 20:00 / 08:00 pm GMT.
Organize a date with your opponent as fast as possible to get the games done. Use this thread to make your date or send a TUS PM to your opponent and send a copy to BOTH of the moderators. We will take this as a reference if some problems are coming up with a match. For the proof, we maybe ask you to show some sreenshot in case a match-up isn't played in time.
If your games couldn't be played until the deadline, the judges will decide what is going to happen. At first we check the "Meeting-Point-Thread" and PMs, then screens
No game should be played before the matchday has started. Only exception to this rule is if the moderators explicitly tell you to play beforehand.

Only a fair match is a good match

After your request to join EAC 2014, we will contact you to make sure you can play that whole event without problems. Also we check holiday dates and other times, which could be a temporary problem to play your games.

If you see your signature in this thread, you're in for sure. Please be patient until its done.

Sooner than last year EAC 2014 sign-ups will start. Get ready and in shape!

And.. lets talk about it.

When does sign-ups start?
- Monday 7th of April 2014.

When does the event start?
- 1st of June.

When does it end?
- October or begin of November.

Will it be like EAC 2013?
- the modus will be the same like last year. Just little changes in the payout structure.

With trophies and cash prizes?
- yep!

More questions? Lets just talk. And get warm by playing TEL. Seasons until #20 get rewarded with 150$ for the winner! Currently we are at season #16, few last days until start of playoffs.

Nice words, avi. Almog, Random00 and chuvash, thats a very hard field to get beated. You made it so you deserve every cent for that! You finished the regular season at 8th position but playpff games are different games.

The final playoff games played 8th against 7th. This shows also how tight, skillwise, the elite community is. There are no "easy opponents", everyone must play the best elite to win.

Once again, respect Csongi. I love to send you the money cause you really deserve it with your great performance at season #15 tel playoffs.

Avi, you must have a f@#!ing small ego bashing someone like bruno. He is a beginner and you talk to him like he was there for years. He cant speak english, its not his language! Is every human being on this planet a douche just cause not speaking english?

Just give him tipps or if it dont makes sense, just let him play the game and maybe check for other opponent if you really need to blabla all day long.
