Seriously, imo the creation of a "Cuncil of Smart Players" it's not usefull atm. As you say there are some communities that work to improve some schemes, and is already what we need: a group of players who like a scheme and try to improve it.

TUS games are menaged by specific rules, it's natural that a player not like completely the rules of TUS, but if he is subscribed here, and he play the league must respect them. Otherwise it's better that him go fishing...

Complaint is a powerful tool, but it will be used only if a player break rules, and not to complain against rules considered incorrect

This is a part of hysteria, a small piece of tactics that can be used on this scheme.

Personally, everytime i try to win without use telecows, and i consider the action of teleporting worms in water only to use telecow a little bit stupid. A worm can be useful in different manners, first to be killed 

I agree to you SPW, the telepop is extremely efficient, but only at the first time. Next time a good player can contrast efficacy it simply doing.... SECRET!

Installing Wormkit needs a few seconds, if you tell at your opponent how to do it, you can play without waiting a lot of time, and also the game can be played ensuring a regular gaming, giving at your opponent the possibility to win

However i think that almost all of tus players have wormkit installed, so this problem should never happen

I suggest you something about maps. When MrKaos create the scheme, we try to use mapgen made island maps 2272x976 pxl half complexity (if somebody not know what is mapgen can look at here http://worms2d.info/Mapgen )

I suggest to try this maps because resist at more damages respect normal random maps
