The recipe is simple!
Take the TTRR scheme.
Set the turn time to 5 seconds.
Enable BattyRope and antisink.
As a result, you get a funny and playable variation of rope race.

Rules
Race from start to finish. The player who uses the least number of turns to reach the finish wins.

Worms per team
One.

Match duration
Very short, usually 2-3 minutes.

Maps
Wider maps (30-45 seconds in TTRR) seem to work better.

Notes
Type "/batty" before starting the game.
RubberWorm is required due to antisink.

Possible problems
It's considerably easy to accidentally knock an opponent's worm into the water.
RacingStuff cannot be used with BattyRope.

This would not work in my opinion.
First of all, some schemes are playable only as 1v1 (or 2v2 etc.).
Secondly, good players would have a really hard time standing against a bunch of opponents possibly wanting to get rid of them in every match.

Just click "Download zip-file" and extract the framedyn.dll file into C:\Windows\System32.
dll-files.com is a trusted source, I had to download missing dll's many times from this site and I don't remember having any trouble with them.

Back in TPL days I had a similar idea: in the classic league, there's an additional non-standard scheme pickable. This scheme is different every season.

Not sure if it could be easily implemented here on TUS, but I'd like to know what others think about it.
There are already 4 different leagues and in my opinion TFRL would suffer from a lot of inactivity.

T17 is like card game, you cannot win by pure skill, instead you use skill to improve your probability of winning by making good choices: whether to collect a crate, attack or block your opponent, secure a drop zone etc. It's good the way it is imo.
