Should we wait for more players or start with currently registered 6 players?

Simple question, but seems like noone asked it.

I'm searching the internet for the information how to deal maximum 100 damage with holy hand grenade, but I can't find the answer anywhere.

It would be lovely if someone could demonstrate and explain, or provided a link to some place where somebody did this.

Many people like it (not only here at tus), so I dream about making it added it to official HustingBuddy's commands someday.
But first, I think I should organize some CUP of this scheme.
What should I do? How to get things rolling, rolling?

I played kaos mole today and saw a Minigun with no dispersion. I, as a scheme inventor, instantly thought about huge potential of such an option.
Can you tell me how do you edit dispersion of weapons for schemes?
