Quote from: van on December 04, 2012, 07:55 PMYeah I heard gr8 things about both games, so the game is long? How's the story? Is it long as well? Are the maps regenerated? Unlike laughable Diablo III Lol..
Torchlight 1 was top notch and so is torchlight 2 (played it in a cooperative mode with a friend). Obviously few first hours are a tad boring, but it gets better once you develop your skills and loot better items (just like in every rpg ever made) Diablo was a joke and a huge disappointment to me.
Quote from: ShyGuy on December 04, 2012, 08:04 PMDo yall still play? I'll need some m8s in the future
A couple of my friends play TL2. I've heard good things about it from them.
Quote from: Statik on December 04, 2012, 05:35 PMNice I love Skyrim, you can make potions huh? How is the melee? Are there different brutality kills like a Death Cam ? Can you combine different weapons to make different weapons?
I played it today a little, it reminded me of Skyrim with guns lol, collectining plants and making potions wtf?I liked the variety of guns, but it's hard to do silent kills (maybe I need more perks for guns; ye, there are perks too!). Graphics, effects and the world are amazing, but there are so many animals and human enemies, fights can be endless (unless you have enough ammo), that's strange too... But anyway, I think I'll run this game one more time
Quote from: van on December 04, 2012, 07:47 PMBest game of 2012? really? I never played Crysis 1 or FC 1..
Best game of 2012, the only other real contender for the title could be borderlands 2 imo. It's a combination of Crysis 1 with Far Cry 1 with a slight hint of Gta.
Loved the story, loved the graphics, loved the mechanics (guns and driving). I also enjoyed those few bits in which you're high out of your mind, heh.

wHY didn't you continue ropa?
What is this toolkit you speak of?
basically the company is releasing for free the software they claim they used to make most of the game end product assets (maps, monsters, skills, items etc).
this will provide anyone with the tools to basically create new action RPG games using the torchlight 2 engine
i haven't tried torchligh2 multiplayer though, and it's something i want to do. my copy is pirated though not sure if it works online but im guessing it does regardless

Because Team17 deserves it
I'd buy it preferably if CyberShadow and Deadcode would get some money of it.
