What Do i Do??, I won 1st Round Against Soilder (he surrended half way) then in round 2 he lagged and timed out half way in game , then we did a rh and he lagged out again half way in game. and has never come back online.

What do we do, Do we have to play bo3 again?, is confusing cause he surrendered in 1st game which means I should keep that win?
