Analyse the situation, ask yourself the good question. Could he have hit with a nade with less second ? Would this shoot be lamer than the one he attempted? What were the chance with the shoot he attempted to commit a sitter ? Would I have done the same ? Does it really affect the game ?
You know that's not so hard to try to be fair and not only rely on rules.

I also disagree on this one. The idea of these rules is to be able to play this game in a fair and competitive way because some people would be very cheap if there weren't these rules. If you can manage to play fair and competitive but your not following by the letter these rules (ex: someone did a sitter of 0.26 but you allow him to go on because you know there was no other way of attacking and that was the best he could have done and hell it was a ns !). Well it was a very hard and skilled shoot to do. I did it and since both worms was at 20 it ended up the game. The funny part is that I asked peja if it was allowed and by a misunderstanding he said yes. Anyways, I couldn't have hit otherwise and it was just a matter of waiting him to kill me. Guess what happened, even if my shot was very nice they didn't even argue and said ok cow we report. I didn't complaint because I was the one breaking the rule but let me ask you, as a b2b player that enjoy nice and skilled shot do  you think it is normal ? Isn't bng about skills with bazooka and grenade and wasn't it a damn nice shot ? That's all the paradox about having too much, too strick rules. If you ask me, people should more think about the meaning of the rule than the rule itself.

We already got a fb group and I think peja had set smthing on irc. I also used to have a teamspeak server on my pc but I don't have a server anymore so I can't set it up.
I also wanted to set up a sms server that would send us mobile message but since I don't own a server I can't do it anymore .

I'd like to add that we are looking for long term members. I don't blame people that join and leave on a regular basis but that is not what we are looking for.
Some people don't get why we got so many inactive members just think of TdC as a community that also play serious in league that you'd like to join. Joining this community means you understand that the whole is more important than the individual. It also means that if the community suffer from inactivity you won't be willing to leave but rather willing to find solution such as did crazy here.
Remember you are dealing with an old clan (if not the oldest active one) we might not be as active as we were in the lasts season but it doesn't mean we won't be in the future and it certainly not mean we are going to die. The strength of TdC is all these 27 members including the inactive one that you might won't see today or this year but might come back and still find a place where they belong.

Well, no need to add the 200 schemes at all, it was just to answer how to balance scheme that people believe involve more luck and should be less important.
edit: by the way, back in the wl days there was no problem with playing any scheme in the league and I remember some clan had "randomlike" winning ratio just because they were better. Well, as I said before, it is my opinion that the only major error was to call the league "classic league". Anyways, nevermind it is off topic and free gonna rape me

There is the problem here Free, you don't think of the majority but only about yourself. On one side you want to promote this league in order to have lot more new people joining on the other you do the opposite and want to make the league even more elitist (which in fact seems to be wrong since lot of people tell you hyst need skills) by removing the most popular scheme. I don't know when you started playing league game but let's say back in wl days.
