Because D1 is our TdC biased mod huahua .
We spoke about it in Facebook D1 and decided that it wasn't worth to create a complain about it. If only you wanted to add brenda on FB you could join our spam talk on FB everyday (and egor monologue).

what about an optional field when you report rr to give the winning time so  we can have like an incentive to win a specific time in rr ?
It would also give more statistics about rr maps.

Having clan around <50% is good in my opinion. It means there are no clan who take the upper hand which makes PO less predictive since all clan are around same level. We don't have enough activity anymore to get more than 4 clan with 50+% ratio that take the upper hand. I'd say 40% for next season is good. It'll also promote clan who believe are less skilled to play more because it is easier to reach 40%.
