sbaffo, this is not how free win works. both players need to light up and start at least one game in agreement.  Yes, harpy looks bad to agree on TUS, and leave after hearing pick, but you can't just report a free win before anything even started.

if one game begins, then both 2 games are implied, and you can report the other game if he does not want to play it.

but in this case, the first game didn't even begin.  you can't force someone to play with you.  if harpy does this often, you can choose not to play him, and maybe he learns.

yes, if u start to agree on tus in ag and join a host, and force them to say their pick first, and want to quit, you'll make plenty of enemies and people will respect you less in this already small community.

did i miss something? is there a reputation rating which influences the league? if someone doesnt care for his repuatation, he has an huge advantage.

yes reputation influences the league, in that people refuse to play you. people already do this with doubletime, and refuse to play him.

well doubletime is the person with the most played games in tel, cant see much influence. whats the problem forcing someone to play when he already agreed playing a game? i dont go as far as dub, but we shouldnt support avoiding like that.

TUS isn't just made of ideas, if you have one, try to convince people/TUS to adopt it. to me, this just seems like a much smaller problem compared to all others, so I don't predict us to make a perfect solution out of the blue that pleases everyone. be creative and bring it up, like Dub-c has done. at least he's started a conversation on it.
