If you join a game, minimize and go to start -> cmd and type "netstat" you will be able to find the IP in there.

But then it is dependent on connection, if they have a static IP or dynamic.  And if it's dynamic if they disconnect from internet or restart router etc they will be assigned a different IP.

Well obviously not.
But you can make a list of IP's he uses.

Why don't people verify who they're playing with? Simple IM on tus to confirm, or simple post in the shoutbox is all it takes. We shouldn't have to tell you this, guys.
