In my opinion, maps like this should be played more often. I tend to host non-linear maps in most of my RRs nowadays, they are more challenging and diverse. Sadly, most of the new players only care about getting good on linear maps with repetitive parts

Some years ago people were wanking off so hard to Fearless that I was shocked to see someone host maps by any other author in league games. With the introduction of TTRR, lineair maps became increasingly popular and they have by this point completely squeezed out the use of more classic maps with more creativity and diversity in its mapmaking (such as maps made by Lex, Darkone, Krutgumman and to some extent Strato and Hermit).
