Running game on VM / wine (grey screen)

Hello comunity,

I installed w:a on vm, but I got only 10 fps and my mouse runs around like crazy, can I do anything to fix things up?

I'm usign OS X and XP on VM with 512ram

Sadly I got just grey screen while menu is running :(
