Help with streaming WA

Ok so I have a new connection:

Finally I have a connection fast enough to stream!

However I have a fresh install of Windows 7 and forgot what software I need to stream, could someone help me set it up from scratch, I should be able to stream more than anyone else, and I would stream just about anything from funners to serious events.

Yea that's a good page to go to for a bit of help on setting up your stream. Depending on how good your CPU is... it can vary... I stream at 720p resolution downscaled from 1080p @ 60fps. Most people stream at 30fps tho... I like the 60 fps especially for first person shooters and such and it makes the rope games look nice as well since W:A runs at 60fps internally.
