Started WA, joined game, crashed when I selected my team.

Lobby was full. Running original Microprose CD with 3.7.2.1 update.

PC specs: Windows 7 x64 SP1, AMD Phenom X3 8600, 2 GB DDR2 RAM, GeForce 9800 GT with 341.44 drivers (two years old).

Just had a silent crash. Happened when I was exiting a game I had won. It was under Hostingbuddy, I was the game creator, crash happened while the disc was spinning up, postgame screen was still showing.

wow this many crashes, any chances the disc or the drive are physically damaged?
maybe it'd help to create an image of WA disc? http://worms2d.info/Running_WA_without_the_CD no idea if that's any helpful, but you sure won't lose anything by trying it

If things get any worse, I'll either create an image or get a new drive, though if either are causing problems, I highly suspect it's the latter. It's always behaved kinda cheaply.
