One day i was thinking of a mod that changes the fire punch particles to have the color of fire. But... I realized that the current directory editor cannot open GFX1, GFX0, GFX2 and that is required to make the mods work. So my request is to make a better directory editor.

it can open and you can edit files, you can't change colors, however. It will cause desyncs in multiplayer. I'm planning to make a guide on how to extract all WA sprites for map making use.
