You need to use the 'rattle' technique:

Well apparently the gif I made has been deleted and i've already deleted all the files I used to make it so i've attached the file instead.

I tried rattle technique over there for 15 minutes and it kinda didn't work for me. the other wall is too far away for the rattle

Did you watch the replay I attached? As those 2 downloads so far are both by me.

Edit - I'll just make the GIF again and make sure to use a better website lol, give me like 5-10 minutes.

I should have paid more attention! Saw them say the exact timeframe so I just skipped right there and assumed they were trying to get up because that little gap is so much easier as I got through there by accident like 5 timess before I got it the way in the GIF lol!

Just do what I done then, and release early enough that your worm banks off the right wall and up to the left through the little gap, it's pretty easy if you do it by trying to get up top lmao.
